Slated to break ground in the Spring of 2025 this project is located on a beautiful section of wild acreage along the Big Wood River.
The home is designed to connect the family with the outdoors no matter of the time of year. In the Summer, deep overhangs protect the home from harsh southern light while retaining spectacular views to mountain range beyond. In the winter this same southern exposure provides for maximum heat gain, keeping the home cozy and daylit.
A north/south running porch sets up the entry to the home and doubles as a portal to the backyard deck and lawns. Public and private parts of the home are separated by semi-public his and her library and podcast studio. These in between spaces link to both the home’s dining room and the master bedroom, giving occupants ultimate flexibility and privacy.
